Metal beam and tube cutting specialists
Tubilaser was founded in 2002 with a pioneering mission: to provide quicker, more precise and cost-effective cutting services for metal tubes and pipes using novel laser technology. In 2005, Tubilaser launched an exclusive plant for the processing of large-format pipes – the Adige JUMBO, developed in cooperation with BLM Group – and becomes the first company to offer laser cutting for large-format pipes in the world. In 2014, Tubilaser invested in a new optical fiber-based laser cutting prototype – the LT14 by BLM Group – and introduces a new world first: the processing of finished parts in aluminium, copper and brass up to 12,500 mm long.
In 2019, Tubilaser opened a new 18,000 m2 facility with six state-of-the-art pipe processing installations.
Today, we are one of the most equipped facilities for pipe and tube laser cutting worldwide. We keep broadening our knowledge to offer new and improved solutions and participate in several national and international joint projects to uphold our pioneering role in pipe laser cutting technology.

Opened in 2019, our production site was created with state-of-the-art building technology and a modern, functional approach to promote the comfort and well-being of our employees.
THE INSTALLATIONS
Production area
Our facility features:
- 6 installations to process metal pipes and beams;
- 4 bays with separate cranes;
- 8 loading/unloading stations;
- 1 electronic weighing machine to check incoming/outgoing weight;
- 1 stock warehouse with ready-to-purchase standard tubes;
- 6,000 m2 roofed storage area for contract-work materials. Our digital monitoring system provides real-time tracking on the state of each order.
